Static mixing improves colour dispersion when using colour additives. Fitted within a standard removable-tip nozzle, the mixing elements repeatedly divide and recombine the molten material, creating thousands of mixing layers for excellent colour homogenisation, reduced streaking, consistent quality and fewer rejects.
